I actually would not give any star rating for this company! Michael Scalfani lacks integrity and ethical judgement. He Fraudently changed our service agreement and withdrew Unauthorized fees from our business account. When Xenex was contacted they were uncooperative and Mr. Scalfani used foul language and hung up on us. This man and his company are not to be trusted.
