Although there are many positives about this pontoon, we have problems with several issues. The strap for the ladder broke and we were told that wasn’t covered by the warranty so we had to pay to get it fixed and it wasn’t done properly. Also when we turn the steering wheel it squeals but we were told that’s normal. The boat came with a cover but when we tried to put it on we couldn’t get it to fit. We brought it to the dealer for storage and asked them to put it on and they admitted it wasn’t the right cover for that boat. ... read more

Very poor customer service and support for Coach pontoons. We've been trying to get support for the last 3 months and have to put an effort just to find someone to talk to over the phone that's willing to help.
