Just plain rude. Took 3 hours to change 2 front tires. Won't be back and im sure this owner is fine with it. Totally dont care about your time that you said itd be done by. BTW you should have it posted that no one is allowed to look at their car while your working on it. I mean its my car in someone's hands thats rude. XCLUSIVE IS VERY LUCKY I AM NOT THE MAN USED TO BE. I TAKE MY ANGER AT BEING RIPPED OFF BY A RETAILER OUT IN WORDS ON COMPANY REVIEWS NOT WITH PHYSICAL VIOLENCE. IF NEGETIVE STARS WAS AN OPTION IT WOULD DEFINATELY BE -100 STARS. At first I was happy with everything. Scheduled an appointment to meet with the manager. I contacted him a day prior to confirm our appontment. I drove 5 hours from my location. to the Alvin store on scheduled day. When I arrived, I was told he took the day off, and he wasn't going to show.
They installed a lift kit on my Toyota Sienna and the process was very smooth. They ordered the parts for me and everything went well. My car had a rusty component and they replaced that part for me and didn't even charge me for labor and they only charged me for the lift installation. Things like that made me feel like they are really good people and they truly care. I appreciate all the work you did.
