Very BAD service, nail tech didn’t know how to do nail art or nail extensions, very rude and shitty place. Awfull..
I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the trip I made coming here. Don’t let the photos being nice fool you, it is an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. My friend saw this location and we bought a Groupon and we decided to buy it and head in. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Where do I even begin. I bought a Groupon for this shop and I noticed that they had good reviews and nice pictures of their salon/nail art. I paid $75 (this is important). For gel manicure and gel pedicure. On their website it says walk-ins welcome and I tried to come one afternoon. I was denied service and was told by a lady up front that “we don’t do walk ins appointments only” so I left and booked the appointment through call for the next day. I booked a pedicure date but when I got there the lady at the front desk was a little rude and stand offish but it didn’t really bother me I still got my pedicure but my boyfriend no longer wanted the service done due to how she spoke to me. I sat in the chair to get my pedicure done & noticed there wasn’t a plastic bag protector over the bowl I was putting my feet in which made me feel uneasy because of bacteria possibly spreading from one person to another. Excellent service from the moment I walked in. They offered me a drink while I picked out my colors, & then got started right away. My nails turned out beautiful. Mayeline really went out of her way to make sure my friend & I had a nice relaxing time. She even made me a hot tea. She was very knowledgeable about nail care and the results were incredible. I would recommend this place!
