I brought my vehicle to Xclusive Hand Car Wash today, August 8, 2025, for a routine wash and left with visible damage to the paint protection film (PPF) on the front fender. The PPF was professionally installed and regularly inspected, and this kind of peeling was absolutely not present before the wash.
