I really enjoy going to Xclusive Hair & Nails! I feel truly pampered...right when I walk in the door. My cut is always exactly what I am asking for. I appreciate that Carey always asks me a lot of questions then she rephrases everything to make sure we are talking about the same cut. She is flexible-giving me edgy fun cuts or conservative classics depending on my mood and what I want. I always get great service, even complimentary coffee or a soda.
