I usually try not to post negative reviews but these beauty salons are getting out of hand. With that being said, I booked my appointment on-line for 4:00 pm but I received a text 20 minutes before my appointment asking if I could come at 4:30 instead, so I say sure. I get there on time and was still waiting more than an hour later. So I kindly asked if she could refund my deposit then left. So inconsiderate of other peoples time.
