Brought my truck here for a detail. Horrible mistake. Needs about $3,000 to fix and the owner ghosted me. That’s what you get when someone can’t spell their own company name correctly. This company is not to be confused with exclusive automotive in the capital area, that guy does solid work and fixed my truck for a fraction of what he should have charged
He doesn’t do good work, left swirls all over my car when I picked it up. His response, “those scratches are deeper than the clear coat and I can’t do anything about that.” The car was pristine prior to bring it to him. Word of advise avoid at all costs and go to Exclusive Autoworks in upstate New York this guys is a scam.

This man who runs a business took it upon himself to try to shut down another mans business. This is not ok in any way. I understand competition but you need to “play” fair to get any respect from future customers and I myself have sent the word out about his unprofessional actions.. please be caution who u do business with.
Owner is a scum, has to flag another business in a different state in order to feel good about himself. I highly don’t recommend!
There is no one better. No team more talented. No company with greater integrity. I absolutely love this shop. My car always looks amazing. Will is incredibly knowledgeable of his products. There is no where else I’d ever bring my car. Thank you for always taking care of my car!
