I usually go to this select car wash because it looks nice, it’s quiet, there’s free vaccumes, and there’s manual washers before heading into the automatic that’s suppose to ensure cleanliness. I drove across town through traffic to go. My car was still really dirty when I exited so I came back. They gave me a free wash but again refused to manually scrub the area where there was still visible dirt on my car and then told me to go scrub it myself when they stood up there with brooms for that…very rude
We have a unlimited membership and have never had any problems. This carwash is pretty good considering there all over the place these days. Only thing is they need to fix how the soap comes out as it sometimes barley puts any and does not clean that well sometimes.
I only use this wash when I'm in that side of town
This is by far the best car wash in Lafayette Parish! Highly recommend!
Beware! Check your credit card statements! I went for one wash and the attendant signed me up for a monthly membership. 5 months later we caught it. No luck calling the phone number, just rings and rings. Physically went into the office twice to get it addressed and still no response. Waiting on someone to call me back …. Can I get a call back since I went by twice to address this? You were very quick to respond to a bad online review but not a request for customer service.
