Had a great experience with Carlos at the leasing office. Beautiful environment, and spacious apartments. Next seems to be quite new. And they are quite honest about where to avoid--there's a building in construction in the area. But I really want to say something about one of the ladies who pick up the phone. She is extremely rude--constantly interrupts you and doesn't let you finish your sentence. Even before you sign the lease, she acts as if you owe her money, by a lot! I don't know her name. Management is cheap and provide low quality service. Lease renewed and they force you to pay for amenities you don't use as stealth rent increase. Everyone pays for shuttle but frequency keeps dropping. Used to be 3 now barely two at a time, so you end up waiting longer for the shuttle to get to the train than the train ride itself. shuttles don't even run on weekend or nonpeak hours, where is all the shuttle fees going??? Never seen anyone clean or maintain the hallways either.
