When renewing the contract, $75 amenities became mandatory and no notification ahead-of-time. This place has ridiculous policies and a rude management office. Will move out soon. To follow up the response, after being charged $75 amenities for one month, my fob still cannot open the gym’s door…
Update: We finally got a replacement after 10 days without a working fridge. One kind technician helped us with it—it was surprising that he was working alone, especially since moving a full-sized fridge by himself is a lot of work. -- If living here, you’ll get ignored for more than a whole week if your refrigerator stops working. Ours has been broken since last Friday—it’s now been an entire week. Someone came on Monday morning, didn’t fix it, said they’d come back the same day, and never showed up again. We pay 75 dollars per month and wait half hour for the shuttle service. Really wonderful experience!
