David inspected my attic, roof and chimney today because I have bats living in my attic. He was very personable and professional. He had several photographs of the bats and guano on the insulation in my attic. He gave me a detailed estimate of what needed to be done to eliminate the bats and clean up the attic and how much it would cost. I was able to work with David and Jessica in the office to elect only three of the five actions they recommended. There was no pressure to do all or nothing. Thanks David and Jessica.

Zach Suzza has provided exceptional service thus far with bat removal from my home. He is thorough, professional, and courteous. He gives updates as service is provided so I know where things stand as he progresses with his work. AWFUL, please avoid at all costs!! They almost killed my cat, who we think ate a half-dead mouse poisoned by their purportedly "safe" pesticide. When we let them know that our cat was sick, and that the vet suspected their poison, they ignored my calls and emails, and never bothered to remove their bait boxes, which we repeatedly requested for them to do! In fact, the boxes are STILL at our home, even though we canceled the service last January! They push very hard for service contracts, which they then make very difficul... read more
