We just closed on a property we owned with Xceptional Investments, Inc. We found the experience to be one of the best we have ever had and we have closed on at least 9 or 10 properties over the past number of years. Mark worked with his partner to buy a Duplex from myself this last week. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and expertise for the financial side related to any closing questions. Would look to work again with him for future projects. This sale we were able to successfully conclude in a 2 week timeframe.
