Amazing customer service and products! So fast and professional. Couldn’t believe how easy it was to find and receive what I needed through Xcellent!
Very unprofessional service. The manager was rude, kept changing prices, and became angry when I asked about my order status. They even hung up on me. I also noticed unfair treatment toward non-Chinese customers. I would not recommend this place.
