I went in for long layers and face framing, but the haircut felt rushed and careless. My hair was cut much shorter than I wanted, and it didn’t feel like much attention was given to detail. The overall vibe wasn’t very welcoming either. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service.
Saw this place online and thought it’d be a good salon to recommend my mom to get a perm done. Booked her an appointment. She went in for her appointment to get people working on her that didn’t seem to know fully what to do. She didn’t think the end results were that great and honestly wasn’t happy with how it came out. I’ve been coming here for a while now, since I’ve lived in queens to when I moved. I drive an hour from Long Island to come here, however my recent experience with my hair was TERRIBLE. I went to get highlights in my hair, I asked for a specific color, for one my hair did not show the proper highlights and it was not the color that I wanted!!!
