Very nice people but they don’t know how to color blonde hair. I have highlights/balayage and even after confirming I never do base color, I have light brown color at my roots. My color which was ash blonde is now a brown, in places orangey blonde and it’s just disappointing. We agreed on a hair length for a cut and the first cut he hit the perfect length (pre color) but after dying, he cut twice more and left my hair an awkward length. Also they blow dry hair down? It was my first time getting my hair done here and I had such a great experience. The team is super friendly and they spend time on your hair to ensure every detail is perfect. I will say do not get keratin treatment there. It’s overpriced and does not smooth out your hair at all. When I reached back out to inform them they said their keratin doesn’t make the hair straight, so If that’s what you’re looking for please go somewhere else. Haircut and color is fine.

1st time I came to this hair salon I got a haircut only and I was satisfied. This 2nd time coming I wanted to get a balayage. I came in at 5pm Friday asking for a balayage and was told I couldn’t get it today as it was late and it required 6-7hours. I totally understood but I had a party next day I was hosting and really wanted to do something about my hair so I asked if I could get only 1 color service instead. Xcellent salon never disappoints! My son left looking like a model today. The highlights and haircut were both done here by their amazing staff. They truly are artists!
