I go there for one thing and one thing only to get fit. I enjoy the workouts, its peaceful and has great vibes and great staff as well. I just started and I have to say I am very comfortable there.

I like going because i have R. A. and Lupus and I'm slow at working out and everyone there is great nobody says or points they even ask if I need some help the people there are great
There isn’t a lot of gyms that are open 24/7, this place is great, employees r always friendly n welcome everyone..... totally recommend others to try it out
