Assessed the problem and provided plan for moving forward.
Everyone from the front desk, to the tech, down to the provider, were attentive and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile by the very nice lady behind the window, even though I probably wasn't smiling when I walked in... That alone goes a long way in my opinion. I literally HATE going to any medical setting to the point of where I have nauseating anxiety. I believe my tech sensed that, and was very kind about it. And my provider obliged every question I had and explained things in depth. I appreciate that.
He was pleasant, knowledgeable. I felt I got good care.
