I have worked there 8 and 1/2 years and have no problems there they are a fair organization

This is the worst agency ever. I'm not sure why Cuyahoga County Senior & Adult Services refer their clients to them. Their aides don't show up on the days of service and when you contact the agency they can't remedy the issue or doesn't care to. This agency doesn't care about their clients or their family. PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS TYPE OF NEGLIGENCE! CUYAHOGA COUNTY SENIOR & ADULT SERVICES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY!!!!

This healthcare provider is unprofessional, undependable, understaffed and have no care in the world for their clients. I only gave 1 star so that I could write a review. The only consistently quality is that they are always late, or no show. And I know I am not the only one who has witnessed them. Truly they need to change their name and ruin that one too. Management has no clue to what is happening or they just don't care

It's an good company but they are inconsiderate to another person life...I had a personal situation that happened in my life which I had to quit my job and when it was time for me to get my last check from them...they gave me the run around and said they didn't know if I actually worked that said day because the client couldn't remember me...but I had her signature on the timesheet... Ok company but inconsiderate and unprofessional in some areas.
