Nice and cool with a staff of knowledgeable independent trainers. My wife has been going there for five plus years to meet with Annette who is an excellent trainer for women, men and older people and she organizes wonderful and popular boot camps around Thanksgiving. They in recent months added a professional and what appears to be is an excellent MMA fighter trainer.
