I’ve been a customer for many years. I’ve always been treated with great care and respect. Through my highs and lows, I’ve been able to count on the Xcel and the staff. Most recently I needed some assistance with an existing loan. I worked closely with Nicole Anderson. Nicole took the time to understand my needs, was non-judgemental and provided me with a great option. I needed to send a wire transfer of money. Tiana Salcedo saw that I had missed signing my name on the hard copy of the form that I had photographed and emailed back to the bank. She called me to let me know and also to tell me there was a less expensive way to send the money. She then sent me an email so she would recieve a my signed transfer request form from me and send it to be processed.
