When I was out of town, they cut trees branches down on a property I rent. Instead of cleaning up after themselves they left their mess in the alleyway for people to have to drive around. It’s been almost a week and 3 phone calls with customer service to see when they’re going to pick up after themselves, yet they expect everyone to pay their bills on time?
Dug up my entire front yard and side yard to replace cables/wires. Drove a compact excavator all over my yard, well past any easement lines. Rutted up my yard and killed a bunch of grass. They came to fill in the holes by dumping gravel, instead of the black dirt/top soil that they dug up. Didn’t bother to make sure any of the holes were properly filled. Update: We moved several times since living in the twin cities. Now we live in a townhome that’s about 350 sqft bigger than our last apartment. Our electric bill has fluctuated sooo much no matter the size of the apartment that we lived in! We have lived in BRAND NEW apartment complexes and one older one (built in 2021). There is still ZERO explanation for how bills seems to increase so dramatically. Last month we received a bill for $265, so we put the AC on 68 degrees during the day and 66 at bedtime.
