Over charges you and won't got you money back. Don't use them
Never understood the fuss about why excel is so bad until recently when we tried to do an overhead to underground conversion. They surveyed our yard without setting up a time to meet with us to discuss. Then they came up with every reason in the book not to do the conversion after we paid an electrician to redo our entire setup. All the while they refused to come out to the site and explain what remedies we needed to make to meet their stipulations. Doubling utility bills and calling it “a hot summer” is laughable when we know it’s a combo of data centers and bad trumponomics forcing all these extra costs on the people who actually make society run. If you guys had any competition you’d be out of business so fast and you know it.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Constant outages. No credit for lost power. They sent me a statement about my request for a credit that requires several steps to access. They're intentionally brushing off complaints at this point. Is this really what we're stuck with? 🤮
