THE WORST INITIAL IMPRESSION OF A COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Signed up for new service today. They forwarded me to another company to “confirm” my details. I then received a non stop barrage of telemarketing from this new company. She kept trying to keep me on the line and offer additional services. When I kept telling her no she then said she was sending my to another person to talk about more services. I had to hang up finally. The experience made me feel like I had just been scammed. Xcel energy is trash, so is everyone that works for them. How about next time you decide to come out and completely ruin someone's yard, cut trees down that don't need to be cut down, and mutilate the remaining ones beyond recognition you actually finish the job and clean up. Still waiting for these clowns to come back and remove the stumps and dead branches.
