We just bought our first house on August 23rd. Currently experiencing our 3rd power outage in as many weeks. Never in my life.... Wish I could give negative stars to get their overall rating down to 1. We had Southeastern electric in our previous place. I think we'll be switching back after this. This is completely unacceptable.
-5☆ is all they care about is money they do not care about the customer at all.
I’ve had more power outages this summer than in any place I’ve ever lived, with the outages usually lasting 4-5 hours. You’d think an electric company could figure out how to actually supply electricity.
