it is such as horrible customer service and hanging up in your face and they're really rude they are not accurate about their time they're liars about when they come for power outage or reactivate service totally bad totally bad Xcel Energy
Do they have an app anymore? Why can’t I pay my bill? What the heck is wrong with this company? They took like two months to handle bug fixes or whatever for their app and now I can’t even find it in the App Store…I tried paying my stupid bill over the phone and had no luck because it was after hours…since when does a company care about whether you pay your bill or not after hours? Even then, when I tried paying my bill on the app before deleting and trying to reload it, it wouldn’t let me select the date to pay. So annoying... read more
So they listed my house as a commercial (you pay MORE BTW) to get more money out of me and then when I caught it and said why is it listed as commercial, it's a residential they won't reimburse for their mistake. What a monopoly joke!
The bill matrix is the biggest POS I’ve ever had to use, wouldn’t work and the costumer service line held me up for than a hour and a half
Multiple times mailers have been sent out to let us know natural gas will be available for us to change over to and each time they pull it back. It's a quarter mile extension for 2 business, 2 homes, and a farm and the line can end. For over 5 years we've heard this will come in and excuse after excuse and broken promises of follow up continue. I'm told the numbers just don't justify it....hmmmm... believable.... not hardly. This is specifically the Brainerd office.
