Every year they JACK IT UP 20%... $275 for my 1000 kwh of usage. It would literally be cheaper if a had a natural gas generator...
The actual worst energy company I have ever dealt with. The past month they have told me nothing but lies! I was told my account wouldn't change when I moved, it did. I was told I'd get a call from a manager or supervisor, I didn't. I'd rather go without electricity then pay another cent to these scam artists!
Worst ever... wish we had any other option
We had a powering disconnect from house and they were here at 10pm. The guy was awesome. Cut away tree parts that were in way, had it fixed very fast. Next day he came back with tree service to clean the mess, they did such a awesome job you can't tell the mess was there.
