not a billing office, the doors are locked. no staff around. customer service online is AI robot that didnt resolve connecting me to a human agent. been trying to pay my bill since May, it's now January.
Opted for the non-communicating meter since I’ve heard so many horror stories about the tiered payment one. Opted into having them call before they come out so I can unlock the gate and have the dogs secure. Some months no call comes, some months they call and give a multiple day window but showed up days before the call even came. If you don't call and wait on hold over 2 hours they will put you on time of day based billing and install a smart meter.
If I could give negative stars I would. You call them doesn’t matter the time and it is always always over an hour wait. They do this on purpose.
