Hey maybe instead of subsidizing data center power with residential power you charge the data centers an appropriate amount and subsidize presidential power. At this point the people need more bail outs than big companies. Such a novel idea that xcel will literally never understand.
8 or 9 outages within the last couple months. Can you at least say WHY?! And your customer service number doesn't work, it goes to HAWAII.
When do we start getting rebates for your high costs and constant power outages? Seems like we are living in a 3rd world country anymore.
Today marks the 6th power outage in 3 weeks. I worked 12 hours in the hot sun today and come home to no power. No AC. Out of clean work clothes can’t do a load of laundry. Have to be back to work at 6am tomorrow. It’s 9pm. Still no power. Xcel is an absolute joke. The fact that they monopolize this area is completely absurd. They’re not even a local company. They need to burn to the ground.
