If I could give zero, I would! You keep hiking up the rates, but this is the 4th time power is out this summer! I reported the outage again.... And so have my neighbors, yet no sign of it on the legend. So I'm guessing this was planned... And the fact that the million dollar homes right across from us on the west side of the street have power, it was definitely planned and we were given no notice. Xcel is a monopoly and we deserve better!

Hard to decide where to begin...here's some bullet points. -Been a customer for nearly 5 years, never experienced so many outages in only a 3 month period. -You can't call and ask for a supervisor or manager, you have to wait for a call back at THEIR convenience, not yours. -When disputing a much higher bill than ever before, they brush it off as "you used more energy" I've only gotten one customer service agent to say something along the lines of this doesn't seem right based off your previous 6 months, we really should inv... read more

We just had another power outage in the middle of the night. It wakes us up and sometimes our daughters. Can this get fixed?

Power always going down multiple times a month in the denver west area. You guys need to step it up and keep the lights on or we going start petitioning some reimbursement.
