The 800 number is awful!!! We called with questions about the rebate for a mini-split and the only answer the person on the other end could give us was, "It's on the website." Every question was the same answer. When asked if she could answer any questions she gave the same answer, "It's all on the website and I can't answer any questions."
Horrible customer service.
It's just for employees, you cannot pay your bill there.
