Their website is always down, their app never works. You would think, all the money they rip everyone off with, they could invest a little to fix those issues. All I ever want to do is just pay my bill. Don't see why it has to be that hard.
I don't understand why they can't have physical people answer the phone. I haven't been able to get my Xcel ID number and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Pretty messed up in my opinion.
Over priced and completely unreliable. Customer service is a joke. Power goes out often.
