They shut the power off ALL OF THE TIME in Fruitvale in the peak of summer. Horrible company that does not care about the safety of its customers.
All these power outages in the hottest 2 months in one area is absurd. Y'all are trash at your jobs
Don't know now what their issue is but we have been losing power for multiple hours a couple times a week for the last month. Before that is was at least once a month. They keep charging more but we keep getting worse service.
