They mixed my bills up repeatedly and then said “sorry you paid for someone else’s account but we can’t do anything about it—you should try contacting the other homeowner for a refund”.
Didn't call everyone they affected with a town wide power outage and couldn't keep the the schedule they had the sheriff's department post terrible service rather be powerless
Please try and be present if Xcel, does power line tree maintenance on your property, if you are not home, monitor cameras, ask a neighbor to notify you etc. Look what their contracted tree trimmers did to my tree. It is now terrible looking, and its dangerous. So frustrated.
