If you have an option, go with literally any other company!!! In September I received a bill for over $700 saying they were reading the wrong meter. I asked if they were sure and they said yes. I paid it then in November they said they were wrong and they would reissue my money by check. They then launched an investigation into the meters and held my money until mid-December.
