Insane gulf between rhetoric and action with this company. I spoke with a customer service agent over the phone (40 minutes altogether) who assured me my auto pay option was terminated in February 2022. Even asked about the next day if it would go through. She basically said I'm good, then auto pay when through the next day and I was charged an overdraft fee of $30. I go to check my bill this month and my February payment was refunded six days later.
