I’ve been going to open gym here for years. I went today and they told me it’s for 12 and under…?? They have a parkour section, and tons of equipment for adults yet only let 12 year olds in.. ridiculous
My daughter took classes here. We decided to take her out & put her in tumbling classes at a different place, because I didn’t like how crowded xcel is. I emailed the front desk girl and let her know. I filled out the form she sent me to cancel her classes and sent it back. The following month I was charged, which was okay bc they had a 30 day cancellation policy. However, they charged me for the month after that! Xcel 360 or Cheer Kingdom is more than just a gym that my girls go to to learn how to Cheer. This has become our family since moving to the area 5 years ago! The coaches are amazing and have helped our girls learn skills faster than I could have ever imagined.
