We've been a resident under XCD Realty for over two years now. Our water heater went out the other day and they promptly fixed it. Thank you XCD Realty! Can't speak on others experiences, but my family's experience has been good with this company. Thank you again for the prompt repair. Water heater works great
Company used to be amazing! Since February 2024 when new property managers came in, the company is worthless. I won’t say names but you know who you are. They do not know how to do anything! They claim they do, but fraud for sure.
The automated email Said we had a late fee when we paid all our move in fees trying to charge more , very suspicious we are hoping this isn’t gonna be every month they try and do that . Other then that Ty and Kevin and Delana are very helpful people and got our mantince concerns quickly they moved very fast helped us and very good with with communication :)
Terrible property management company. Expect zero customer service and not be able to get ahold of anyone.
I love these ppl they opened up a apartment for me and .y service animal after being thrown to the streets by a bad landlord and it was a week before Thanksgiving 2024 I since than have been. Blessed with a awesome apartment and blessed with good landlords staff at this realty group samir is a awesome caring ppl person I also just experienced the lose of my service animal as well as my son and than now at home isolated from cov19 and these ppl helped me when I had no one understand ing my late nes onmy rent thank u to Amy sa... read more
