Do not do business with them. Do not rent from them. They took my deposit prior to move in, and then avoided my calls, emails and texts until 2 days after move in, asking if I'm still moving in. By then I had nowhere to live because they had my money, and I had to move out of state because of them. To this day they refuse to refund my deposit even though they are at fault. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CHOICE, THIS COMPANY TOOK OVER A PROPERTY I WAS RENTING. I MOVED OUT AUGUST 31st 2025. TODAY IS OCTOBER 3 2025, AND I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GO IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH OF ME WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THE VM IS FULL SO I WAS FORCED TO GO IN PERSON.
