HORRIBLE COMPANY. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CHOICE, THIS COMPANY TOOK OVER A PROPERTY I WAS RENTING. I MOVED OUT AUGUST 31st 2025. TODAY IS OCTOBER 3 2025, AND I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GO IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH OF ME WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. This is probably the least communicative agency I have ever rented from. My AC went out and I notified them via a maintenance request. I left two seperate voicemails on the same day. One on their main line and one on their emergency maintenance line. I heard nothing from them until I submitted an intent to vacate the next day which they responded to quickly without mentioning the AC repair.
