Randall, Derek and the XBuilt team are the BEST in the roofing business in AZ. I've now used XBuilt on 3 different homes and could not be happier with the quality of work and the value for what they charged. I received quotes from 3 other roofing companies, and the difference in price was outrageous from the big name roofing companies that advertise a lot. This is my first review ever and I normally would never make a review, but here it goes. I parked my car during the daytime at my girlfriend’s apartment complex and there was nothing next to my car at the time. When I was leaving my girlfriend’s apartment that night there was a giant pallet of shingles next to my car and a bunch of fresh scratches. Thankfully most of the scratches were able to come out. If the damage had been any worse, I would have had to call the police and make an insurance claim.

X Built roofing is the best roofer in the Valley, hands down! They’ve done two roofs for me, one at my personal property and another at an investment, and I had them come by today to check out another investment property we just purchase.
