The worst arrangement ever received! Half of the arrangement was dead, cruised, brown , torn petals.
Wedding centerpieces were eloquent & fresh for weeks after the party!
I ordered a plant for a funeral home last minute and they handled it and it was beautiful thank you xaviers
The absolute worst ever. Screwed up terribly with the initial delivery. They confirmed the delivery but that was a bold faced lie. They don't even know who their delivery drivers are. Excuses about the driver getting in an accident after lying about the flowers being delivered. This place is run by clowns. I said their ratings were terrible and he said if that's what I wanted to base my opinion on their business then fine. That got me- did this man not hear me correctly? Here’s the photo that I paid a premium for the gold vase and additional spray roses, and this is what I received. On top of that when I called, the gentleman said he can’t help me management will be in tomorrow and straight hung up on me. The worst service I have ever received on my mom’s birthday!
