The doctor was fine BUT the process of getting an appointment was HORRIBLE. The software for scheduling is inadequate and creates possible malpractice due to negligence of no returned calls, no people, excessive hold time. Think Board of Trustees is running hospital as a business. It is NOT a business. Probably one of the best doctor visits I've had. After checking in, was called within 2 minutes for an X-ray, then taken immediately to the room to await Dr. Simcock. Read about one page of my book and he arrived. Dr. Simcock was both professional and personable. We discussed the diagnosis and steps going forward. Would highly recommend. Also, the Oak Brook location is beautiful.

Dr. Simcock (and his intern) were wonderful! He explained my situation thoroughly and offered several options for treatment. Thank you Dr. Simcock for putting my mind at ease. The only reason I didn't give the experience five stars was because when I arrived (more than two hours early), the check-in person insisted that I leave and return closer to my appointment time. But I refused, chose to wait in the lobby, and promised to return to the front desk to check-in closer to my appointment time. Though I followed that plan, th... read more
