This guy is less than 1 star. He extended the due date twice and caused us to miss our home closing causing our household of 4 and three pets to stay in a hotel for four days. Cant ever get him on phone, the guy is a disgrace to appraisers. Completely unprofessional and didnt understand the basics of home appraising.
I tried to hire Xavier for 4 weeks. Every time I call him, he had an excuse not do the job. Worst appraiser ever!!! Finally, he came up with the most expensive appraiser I ever heard. By the way, every time we talked over the phone, he contradicted himself on how to do an appraise on a property. He is a joke and a lazy guy!
