The Manager, Rosalie De La Rosa is a courteous and very professional woman! Her Assistant is also friendly. I was a Resident of the Casablanca apartment and my biggest take away is the prompt and efficient service upon request, and honestly, that made my stay worth while! That is, to know that my residential needs were met, gave me peace of mind and of course, peace of mind is very important in any apartment complex. I would give 5 stars. Our lease was up and Rose already has a couple moving in without putting our 30 day notice in, when ask if we can stay longer. Also there is mold in the bathroom and all they do is paint over it. Doesn’t help when it keeps coming back worse.

Good food prices are kinda everwhere
We are just moving in, so I am reviewing the process of leasing and appraising the property as we initially find it. I will update as time goes by. This seems to be a well managed and properly maintained rental complex. The grounds are clean, nicely manicured and very pleasant. The feeling you get is open and airy.
