Needed a power steering pulley for my 1997 Lexus ls400 and couldn’t find it anywhere, until I came across xatracing and bought one of their billet pulleys and it hasn’t done me wrong.
I sent them an email to gather some information and was quickly replied to by Lonnie who was very helpful. A+ Customer Service
We purchased manly pistons from this company, and accidentally ordered them twice, which I’m sure most ppl who order anything on line can relate to! They charged me an additional 50.00 restocking fee! If someone places an order twice within minutes apart, any normal person would assume it’s a mistake! But this company took full advantage don’t buy from them!!!! not unless you like to get ripped off!
I was having issues with my ECM. It eventually bricked and would not even start the car or function at all. I assumed it was not repairable. I sent it to JOSH and he was able to bring it back to life! Heat customer care and service 100% will send in more ECUs. A+
