I would not recommend renting an apartment at this property. Poorly managed and zero communication skills. Within in the complex, there are two apartments with the same number, so deliveries and even maintenance requests get confused easily and often. My neighbors car was broken into and trashed. I had a package stuck in a parcel pending locker for 5 weeks. Within those 5 weeks I sent emails, left voice mails, and talked to two staff member who said they would call me back and never did.
