Great first experience with Xact hvac . I called on Wednesday and Daniel was here early Thursday morning. Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to check my system, explaining to me everything he was doing. He gave me some helpful pointers and called me later in the day to check to see if my system was working to my satisfaction I would highly recommend this company.
No heat all night, called Xact HVAC first thing in the morning and the technician, Daniel arrived within 20 minutes assessed the issue and fixed the problem within an half an hour. Great service and Daniel was very knowledgeable and courteous. Two thumbs up!
*PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY* I have never in my life come across such a deceitful company. If you're looking for quality work with a company that operates with integrity, go else where. We have a fairly complex heating and hot water system in our home and we have a very difficult time finding a company or technician who knows how to work on it. My furnace broke down on the coldest night this winter. Daniel came out quickly and took care of our furnace. His rate is great and his eagerness to help is even greater. Thanks Daniel.
I just want to thank all the Staff At XACT HVAC INC. Our furnace stopped working at our office over the winter and we were having trouble finding someone to come out the same day. After speaking with Daniel he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with me and get the furnace working temporarily until he could come up the next day and fix it properly. We were on the phone at least a half hour which he never charged me for and repaired the furnace for a very reasonable price. This is clearly a company that cares not ... read more
