Paul, who is the engine builder and tuner, knows what he is doing for sure. However, the wait time can be a bit how ya going... I have waited an entire year for a motor I paid in full for that had its harmonic balancer bolt shoot out of it on my second drift event from the shop, requiring the entire crank to be binned as it was 6 thou under and the wait began from February of 2024 for a new crank to be balanced and put back in. It was a bad time in the Ville, with the flooding, etc. We had a very minor problem with Chloe's car, which was being transported. However the transport company doesn't fix thongs. Anyway, after calling quite a few places up there (from here in Meander Tassie), we managed to have Nic come out to fix it. I understand it took him a couple of minutes to locate the problem. However, the reason I have for this review is his work ethic. He only charged us a minor fee that he felt was fair. I almost wish I still lived in Townsville... read more
Great place, John was excellent would definitely reccomend.
Would not recommend. They kept my car for 3 weeks to identify a manifold crack and replace it. Since then (Apr 22) the manifold has returned to a malfunctioning state. They checked and changed my break pads only to not refit the tyres correctly which I returned to the car to them to be rectified, it was not done properly so I took it to Jax Tyres to fix. They fixed it and informed me that the wheel nuts were loose on the tyres. Additionally following the service at X-Tream Motorsports my dual battery system began to fail, i ... read more
