Very helpful, explained everything in a way that made sense & is reasonably priced. Will be using again.
Contacted technician and explained issue. Gave him contact information for tenants and told him to contact tenants to schedule. Technician showed up without calling to schedule. However, he did call and scheduled appointment for following day. Apparently technician showed up and replaced fuse and did not bother to fully test unit before hastily leaving. Following day tenants called me to inform me unit ran for a few minutes and then quit ( blew fuse). Made numerous calls and texts to technician before finally catching me on ... read more
