DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES!!! We recently sold our house and are currently renting the same. Today, Xterminator left a handwritten note in our mailbox claiming they "missed service" and that we should call them to continue our pest control service. Here's the problem: we've NEVER been a customer. This appears to be a misleading marketing tactic designed to make homeowners think they already have an existing relationship with the company. They're not true to their appointments. They're rude over the phone. The only thing great about them is the people they send out. They do a great job as far as service goes. But when it comes to customer service or the receptionist, I would not recommend them.
