They're not true to their appointments. They're rude over the phone. The only thing great about them is the people they send out. They do a great job as far as service goes. But when it comes to customer service or the receptionist, I would not recommend them.

They sent over a technician the same day and he treated the inside and outside perimeter of my home. It was a very effective treatment at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this company.
