Worst customer service ever! You make an appointment for 9:30 and arrive 15mins prior to check in. Another appointment was suppose to be at 10 they were but they were seen first because they checked in 2 mins prior to you. Also they overcharge for their services. They rather charge you the full deductible rather having bill you after they have made their claim on your insurance!
Just because they're open doesn't mean they're actually operating. I was referred here for x-rays and arrived to find out they can only schedule appointments for two weeks out as they have no x-ray techs.
I almost did not went there because of all the negative reviews. But the clinic was recommended by my Doctor so i went to check yesterday. First off the building has nothing to do with your xray needs. One good thing about the location is plenty of parking space. Upon entering the clinic its very clean via waiting area and inside the Lab. No rude exprience from me they greeted me in a respectful way and they answered all of my questions in a polite and professional manner. and lets be honest lets not make a mistake about rud... read more
Super bad service! Reschedule me twice and then let me wait for 1.5 hours just for an ultrasound. No explanation whatoever. Even the person came in after get to go in first. I want to give them 0 star if i can.
