2hrs waiting for 2 mins X-ray
Do not bring a small child here for ultrasound. My child was told she was stubborn, had no reason to be scared and that she was wasting everyone's time. This was her first ultrasound experience and was extremely negative. I will never bring her here again.
Janice (asian woman), the x-ray tech, is awful. Rude, condescending, arrogant and immensely unprofessional. To be fair, I told her I’d write this review. I was sitting inside and 9 people went ahead of me. Janice never communicated that she had an issue with my requisition form. I just patiently watched patience go ahead of me. It was only when the nice lady at the front told me. She and the other gentleman at the front were nice and understanding. Janice also forgot to put protective apron on me.
