I had an excellent experience at this ultrasound center. Ms. Maryam was extremely patient, thorough, and professional. She took her time, was very detailed, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. I had never experienced this level of care before, and this was my first time leaving with such a positive and reassuring memory. Thank you, Ms. Maryam, for your exceptional care.

Went for an Anatomy scan for my first child today. I was told to wait until they call me in as I could not attend the whole appointment. I asked why and was told "thats just our policy here". I cant recommend coming here if you expect as a father to be treated like a 50% partner of the child. As a father i would like to attend the entire appointment and support my significant other. I rarely write negative reviews, but today’s ultrasound appointment made me feel I should. I went for my 36-week scan and unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. The technician — an older lady with short hair , was very rude from the start. The overall atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. When I asked her to repeat something, she replied harshly. Later, when my husband asked if the baby’s weight was normal (I have gestational diabetes), she rudely said, Why wouldn’t it be normal? I’m not a doctor. Such behavior ... read more

I had a disappointing experience during my recent ultrasound appointment. I was running just 5 minutes late due to unavoidable circumstances, and the doctor was noticeably upset and quite rude to me. Instead of approaching the situation with understanding or professionalism, she made me feel very uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and compassion, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as patient care should always be a top priority.
