Absolutely terrible service. The worst this town has to offer!! Don’t believe me, go schedule your appointment, just be ready to do everything yourself, with the most impatient, unprofessional care ive ever experienced anywhere. Like the other review says. Why is this place still open????
This place is so horrible!!! do not go here, i went here because i have low blood sugar and they brushed it off like it was nothing. poked my finger and never gave me my results if i have hyperglycemia? and i told them about my disorder and they looked at me like i was crazy! then when they gave me my blood work paper the doctor didn’t even say her name or sign her name in order for me to get blood work done somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET NO HELP!
super clean and staff super nice and melvina is the best
Had been going to Melvina since 2009 up until about 2 years ago. Was sick and couldn't get in to see her, so I made an appt somewhere else. Didn't intend on seeing this other doctor AFTER the initial appt, as Melvina was my PCP. Anyway, tried to see her other times and either no one would answer the phone or she was booked up. I finally was able to get ahold of someone, told them who I was and was told I needed to come in as a walking because I was no longer considered a "patient".
