This is an embarrassment of a dealership, besides the horrible deal they gave my sister, they suck at answering the phone and getting me connected to someone in charge! We’ve been waiting a whole year for the license plate!

I could write a book on this place. Bought a 2018 Lexus 300. Had to fill up car myself to get it home. Drove it home 37 miles. Check engine light came on at 32 miles. Emergency parking sensor blinking. Attempt to fix it was made only only for light to turn on 20 miles down the road. AC was promised to get fixed. It did after 3 visits. Terrible auto group, I saw an ad for a 2014 Toyota Tacoma with a really low down payment and really low payments it seamed to good to be true I was right. I called and asked about the down payment and they said that was the real one and the payments are accurately described as seen in the ads and the reason they were so low was because it was based on individual preference.
