Dr. Dian is a terrific breath of fresh air from previous dentists I've been to. I had to get a root canal done, and I've had many before, but he was very accommodating and informative. He's a no BS type of professional and shares the possible risks straight forward. He seems like he really cares and even gave advice on good insurances to use. He's a doctor you can talk to and not feel like you're talking to a car salesman that just wants all your money. I will be returning to him for future work when i have the money.
I’m in a battle for about 1700.00 after they will not fill out my insurance forms correctly, each time another 30 went by, and now they are refusing to give me the information my insurance coverage needs to pay me back. Scammed me into paying up front. Filing small claims. They were too lazy to call my insurance provider even after I told them twice I have other coverage!
