Stephanie was completely and utterly useless, couldn’t get anything reduced on my wife’s careless charge. Couldn’t even get her out of a one day driving course with a bunch of DUI and reckless criminals . Would never use her again period.

I was charged nearly $350 and had to repeatedly follow up to find out the status of my partial refund. Apparently, there was a mistake on my end, but the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. I was told that manager will call me back but never did, and despite my numerous attempts to reach out, I received no response.
