Every time I come in I receive excellent service! My bridal party got our nails done here in September and it was so smooth! I just came back for a fill today and received great care! Will continue to come back! Tracy is amazing!
Tracey is the best nail tech I have EVER had!! I have been going to her for about a year now, and she never ever ceases to amaze me. I come to her today, and say “I don’t know Tracey you might say no to this one it’s kind of hard” she says nope im doing it! And did my inspo picture SPOT ON! Xcel is a little out of my price range, however, I would pay for Tracey’s nails anytime. They stay on for about 4-5 weeks and are gorgeous! Go to her! (First picture is the inspo and 2nd is my nails!)

Today was my first time to Visit X-Cel Nails . My daughter treated me ; with a gift Gift Certificate. I was Pleasantly Impressed with the how clean the facility was , and how Relaxed the Music and decor made me feel . The Staff went Over and Above to make me feel Welcomed and Comfortable. They take their time to make sure , you’re Happy with your Service, during each Step . I will definitely, be returning, in the future. Thank You for Making my Day SOO Special!
nail tech did a good job with details and service overall but failed communication. when leaving, i was asked to pay first then was told “have a good day” leading me to believe i was fine to go. failed to complete a full guest check out by directing to nail dry machine, explaining how long to wait, etc.
