I have received good care here ever since my first appointment over two years ago. I have had no issues even during my walk in appointments. My appointments have been punctual with little delays.
I don't understand the negative reviews. I've always gotten good care, concern, and prompt responses from this clinic. It isn't a major center, like Salem, so if you know that before coming, you'll understand that they are not going to have every service and specialty represented here. Wytheville is lucky to have this clinic. It saves a lot of veterans many miles from not having to drive to Salem for routine and primary care visits.
The only good thing here is doctor Meredith and her nurse. The mental health doctors/nurses are horrible and mean.
They don’t answer the phone. It’s a good clinic in person but it’s frustrating to say the least when you can’t contact them by phone for anything.
