This place is a joke and an absolute disgrace to even be considered a physicians office. Everyone other than Casey and Brita, are horrible. Especially Kim. My son was without his medication for 3 days because there isn’t an on call physician that is needed for emergencies. I will never step foot back in the place I
First 2 experiences were great, no problem, this last one I had for my daughter who is 1 y/o. The nurse was way too rough with her. Grabbing her arm tight and forcefully moving her head to the side to check her ear that caused her to scream and cry. Like be fr. Someone needs to learn PATIENCE fast. Will NEVER take my daughter back!!!
Don't bring your child here, nurse who works here is Rough with the children to the point it's neglectful. They've had multiple complaints over the same woman, the Doctor offers nothing but an apology. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
